Caroline Tanguy advises in all areas of Intellectual Property Law as well as projects and M&A transactions. She offers strategic advice to businesses, particularly international manufacturers of branded and luxury goods, on the legal coordination of worldwide product launches and represents clients in the enforcement of their rights, both, in and out of court. In addition, Caroline advises international and national clients with respect to the drafting and negotiation of contracts for the implementation of complex projects (Supply, Distribution, and Project Agreements).
Caroline studied German and French law at the Universities of Saarbrücken and Lausanne (Switzerland). She completed her legal traineeship in Hamburg with stages inter alia at an international law firm, Beiersdorf AG and the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg. During her legal clerkship Caroline worked as an academic staff member in the IP/IT department of White & Case LLP.
Caroline Tanguy joined the KNPZ team in March 2012. She speaks English and French.
