David Creutzfeldt advises in all areas of intellectual property law, with focus on trademark, patent and unfair competition law, as well as international IP litigation management. He offers strategic advice for international manufacturers of branded goods, who in particular rely on his expertise for product launches, marketing activities and international portfolio management as well as all aspects of advertising law. He represents clients both in litigious as well as out of court matters. Furthermore he coordinates proceedings in various jurisdictions concerning the protection of intellectual property.
David studied law at the Universities of Freiburg im Breisgau and Münster. Furthermore he studied history. His doctoral thesis discusses a particular problem in intellectual property law and was concluded in 2010. In the same year he was awarded the title Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the field of business law.
He completed his legal traineeship with stages inter alia at an international law firm and a law firm specialized in intellectual property law.
Before joining KNPZ David worked for a law firm in Hamburg as a lawyer for business law.
